Compact repair kit for camping and tramping gear
The Gear Aid Seam Grip WP Camp and Trail Repair Kit contains the essentials for repairing outdoor gear on the trail or at camp. It includes Seam Grip WP sealant and Tenacious Tape hex repair patches for waterproof repairs on tents, tarps, sleeping pads and outdoor apparel.
The sealant fixes rips, tears and leaking seams in nylon, polyester, canvas, vinyl and most outdoor fabrics. The hex patches adhere to nylon, polyester, fleece, vinyl/PVC, non-oiled leather and GORE-TEX® fabric. Note that the patches are not recommended for use on neoprene or highly flexible materials. Once the sealant has cured (8-12 hours, or 2 hours with a Cure Accelerator), repairs are flexible and waterproof. Everything comes packed in a reusable tin that fits easily into a pack or gear bag.
The kit also includes a reusable applicator, alcohol wipes for surface preparation and a repair guide.
